Accounts and authority

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. A parent or legal guardian must manage participation and consent for a minor athlete. Staff and administrator functions may be used only by authorized Grit Over Gift personnel.

Training and scheduling

Prices, eligible instructors, duration, facility, and available times are shown before payment. A time is not confirmed merely because it appears available or is temporarily held. A booking is confirmed only after the site records successful payment or valid package-credit redemption and displays confirmation.

Instructor or facility changes may occasionally be necessary. If Grit Over Gift cannot provide the booked service, the team will offer an appropriate rebooking, credit, or refund based on the circumstances.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Review the service, athlete, instructor, time, and total before authorizing payment.

Confirmed lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled through the account panel until 24 hours before the scheduled start. Online changes close inside that window and late cancellations may not be refundable. Contact the team when an emergency or service problem requires review. Package credits and refunds are recorded in the member account.

Participation and safety

Baseball and athletic training involve physical exertion and risk. Participants should disclose relevant limitations to the instructor, follow facility and safety directions, use suitable equipment, and stop activity when injured or unwell. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Community rules

The member community is for constructive, baseball-related updates. Post only content you have permission to share. Do not publish private player information, harassment, threats, sexual or exploitative content, unlawful material, spam, impersonation, or content that creates a safety risk.

Members may report content. Grit Over Gift may review, restrict, reject, or remove content and may suspend access to protect members or enforce these terms. Community access does not transfer ownership of your content, but you authorize Grit Over Gift to store, display, process, and moderate it for operation of the service.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not probe security, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, misuse payment or booking flows, upload malicious files, scrape private information, or interfere with other users. The service may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Privacy, support, and changes

Our Privacy Policy describes information practices and account controls. Questions about a booking, payment, account, or these terms can be submitted through the main website.

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply to future use.
